Do credits expire?
Credits you top up never expire. A plan’s credits are used first and renew every month; what’s left at the end of the month doesn’t carry over.
Do I need a plan?
No. Top up and use any model. A plan makes credits cheaper and lets you make more at once.
What if something fails?
You get the credits back. Stop a picture or video before it reaches its model and nothing is charged.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time. Moving up starts now and you pay the difference; moving down starts at your next renewal. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period.
