Copyright Policy

Cotekumi, Inc. respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of Cotekumi to do the same. Our Terms of Service forbid uploading or creating content that infringes someone else's rights. This policy explains how to tell us about content you believe infringes your copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Send a notice to our designated copyright agent at support@cotekumi.ai with: • your physical or electronic signature; • the copyrighted work you believe is infringed; • where the infringing material is in the Service, in enough detail for us to find it; • your name, address, telephone number and email; • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. When we receive a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material and let the user who posted it know.

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to support@cotekumi.ai with: • your physical or electronic signature; • the material removed and where it appeared before; • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; • your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where you live (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We will restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the person who sent the notice tells us they have filed a court action.

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes, or that it was removed by mistake, may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
